🧠 Common Issues

  • Can’t see users nearby?
Make sure you’ve tapped “Go Visible” and granted location permissions in your device settings. If location is set to “While Using” or “Approximate Only,” visibility may be limited.
  • Getting disconnected?
Relate Me currently only works while you are actively visible with the app open and connected. Background restrictions, battery savers, VPNs, or weak network conditions may interrupt your session.
  • Blocked users?
If you block someone, you will not see them on the map or in relevant lists, and they will not see you. Blocking behavior is subject to our safety and abuse policies as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
